Cabinet: 

A Premium Powder coated cabinet ensures a long lasting, durable and attractive finish. The cabinet will resist corrosion and has an excellent environmental adaptability.

Simple operation:

The units are equipped with a micro-computer controller. The users only need to press the on/off button and select the desired temperature. The heat pump will run and adjust itself automatically for year-round comfort.

Stepped Fan Operation:

The three speed circulation fan, controlled by the micro-computer will self adjust to ensure a comfortable discharge air temperature is maintained at all times.

Quiet:

The blower compartment is fully insulated with a specially designed sound diffusing material while the compressor compartment is isolated with a high density sound dampening material. Theses enhancements result in some of the lowest sound levels in the industry.  

Self Diagnostics and Control

The micro-computer monitors every function and communicates any errors that may occur to the wall mounted heat pump controller. Entering and leaving water temperatures, entering air temperature and coil frost sensor, as well as coil refrigerant temperature are monitored and used to identify the heat pump status at any given time. The state of the art Micro-computer system is leading edge technology far ahead of any other technology currently in use.  This technology ensures the reliability and long life expectancy of the heat pump while providing maximum efficiency.

Safety controls:

The units are equipped with high and low pressure switches as well as compressor overload protection to ensure that the heat pump system will work perfectly.

Excellent environmental adaptability:

The design and quality of the heat pump system makes it ideally suitable to a wide range of entering water temperatures.

Easy service:

Service technicians have easy access to all working components by simply removing the control access panel.

TE series heat pumps are CSA & CE safety and efficiency listed to UL & CSA standards. North American design approved. Each unit is performance tested before shipping.

Optional auxiliary heater & DHW:

Auxiliary heating and domestic hot water are available in all horizontal & vertical models. This will provide additional savings by reducing the demand on your domestic water heater. Savings of up to 70% are possible
